Our customer service office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. Tall tiered cakes will have four layers of cake with three fillings on each tier. They are typically iced with buttercream but some styles may be available in fondant. We require a one week notice on tiered cakes.
