Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Please examine your bakery items immediately upon pickup or delivery to ensure everything meets our quality standards and matches your order details.
- 2.Contact Our Team
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt via phone or email with your order number and photos of the product.
- 3.Return Authorization
Our specialists will review your claim and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the product to one of our retail locations for a quality assessment.
- 4.Resolution
Once evaluated, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund to your original payment method to rectify any errors or quality concerns.
